I honestly say that I couldn’t stay any longer than a month and a half, to be more specific one month and 3 weeks. "vzhledem k tomu že kaufland má klamavou reklamu nikomu nedoporučuji jít pracovat do třineckého Kauflandu. Je to jen pro silné povahy naslibuji vám vše možné a nakonec skutek utek. např. třinecký kaufland hledá asistenta/tku prodeje nástupní plat cca 24 000Kč na 8 h úvazek, když se tam jdete ptát na práci tak vám paní ředitelka ochotně sdělí následující: na 8 hod úvazek nepřijímáme, na stálo taky nepřijímáme, dostane pouze 6 hodinový úvázek ale nikoliv na stálo ale jen brigádně, pokud už tedy náhodou se vám podaří získat nějaký úvázek na stálo ať na 6 hodin nebo 8 hodin tak vám sice naslibuji smlouvu na dobu neurčitou, a různé benefity ale pokud si ji pozorně člověk pročte tak nakonec zjistí že má smlouvu na dobu určitou a to ještě navíc nikoliv na 6měsíců ale jen 3 měsíce a po 3 měsích ať jste sebe více dobrý pracovník vás nemilosrdně vyhodí a vezmou dalšího. Opravdu nedoporučuji a pokud ano tak jen na přechodnou dobužádnéklamavá reklama, hodně špatná zkušenost"

"Als Regalauffüller war ich 2015/16 in Teilzeit im Kaufland in der Wächtersbacher Straße in Frankfurt am Main - Fechenheim. Arbeitsbeginn war um 5:00 Uhr und sollte von Montag bis Samstag bis 10:00 Uhr sein, vielleicht mal bis 11:00 Uhr. Wir sollten 50 Leute sein und waren ungefähr die Hälfte und jeden Tag wurden es weniger.Due Arbeitszeit war dann täglich bis 14:00-15:00 Uhr. Nach 6 Stunden 20 Minuten Pause, dann nicht mehr. Ständig wurden wir angetrieben schneller zu arbeiten. Die meisten der Mitarbeiter von Kaufland gingen nicht gut mit uns um, diese waren uns gegenüber weisungsbefugt- an unseren Teamleiter vorbei, d.h. Heranziehung atypischer arbeiten. Ich musste die Rampe kehren an der die Waren angeluefert wurden. Hier wurde noch gearbeitet, der Staub wirbelte von der Rampe und nebelte darunter arbeitende Handwerker etwas ein. Schon war ein Herr Decker da, der ständig schikanierte und ging mich an, wo ich meine Augen hätte da unten arbeiten doch Leute- diese hatten sich jedoch nicht beschwert. Ich ging zum anderen Ende der Rampe um dort weiter zu kehren, prompt wurden hier Jassen ausgeladen und ich beendete das Kehren.Schon war der Herr Decker zur Stelle um zu fragen ob ich nichts zu tun hätte, ich sollte hier doch die Rampe reinigen. Ich teilte ihm mit, das ich die teuren Kassen nicht einstauben wollte, die nur mit Plastikplanen auf Paletten abgedeckt waren. Er meinte ich hätte doch etwas im Kopf. Später rief mich die Teamleitung, die ich schon von früher(2012) kannte zu sich und sagte, solange die Aufbauphase ( Regale) und Einräumen vonstatten geht wäre ichNichtsKein gutes Arbeitsklima"

"By far one of the worst company to work in. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews that the management has forced employees to write in the recent times . This already tells you what sort of management they have at Kaufland. Instead of choosing to deal with the issue on hand they rather sweep in under the rug. Turnover rate is extremely high at the company as well due to the toxic work environment. They have officially 42.5 work week but unofficially its way more than 60 hours. Micromanaging and also unilateral last minute decision changes with no plan to follow up. This obviously leads to employees feeling burnt out all the time I have heard but never experienced pay discrimination until I started working here. The discrimination is rampant and surprisingly open and candid I would suggest management to invest in AI or robots as they obviously do not have any respect or empathy for human employee's"
